Payment
The commission's payment will be divided into two payments, with 50% upfront before sketch and the latter 50% before release of final illustration.Payments are done via PayPal primarily with invoices. After the first payment is provided, I will start work on the commission according to the timeline discussed.Revision
Up to two minor revisions to the illustration are allowed after sketch approval, major revisions may incur an additional fee, so please confirm that you are satisfied with the sketch you have selected.Usage Rights and Licensing
I, rurikon, retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post, display, and use the artwork in my portfolio, galleries, or promotional materials.If you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. merchandise, advertising, promotional material, or resale), please inform me beforehand. Commercial rights are available for an additional fee.Redistribution, resale, or claiming the artwork as your own is not allowed.Deadlines and Delivery
• The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and stuff. Please discuss timeline before payment.• The commission will be delivered digitally and as a high resolution JPG or PNG file. The files will be sent as a Google Drive link and if there are multiple versions, may be in a ZIP file. Prints of the illustration may be arranged with an additional fee.[Refunds]
• 90% of paid amount before approval of sketch.
• Not available after approval of sketch/start of illustration, may request.

All Pixiv requests are subject to the same TOS, and I abide by Pixiv's TOS/Guidelines when fulfilling a request done on their site.General
• If it is possible, you may provide a reference image/character sheet to help with illustration, unclear details may be discussed further or be left up to my discretion.
• Referring to old art may also help with identifying the type of illustration you want.
• Unless requested otherwise, I may stream, record, or post the commission. You may request it to be private.
• I may decline a commission request for various reasons, e.g. the prompt may be disrespectful or political.

The price listed is a minimum estimate. All prices are in USD.Bust Up - $60
Half Body - $80
Full Body - $100
Full Illustration - $120
A full illustration includes your detailed character, background, props that add to the story that you want to have illustrated.
Character Design/Sheet - $250
I will work with you to design a character and prepare it for Live2D.Extra
• More than 1 detailed character in the illustration = additional 50% to price per character.
• Additional variants (NSFW, SFW) = additional 50% to price per variant.
• Commercial license/use in physical/digital merchandise = additional 100% to price.
